If you’re a dog lover like me, you’re no stranger to their constant scratching and biting at their dry, itchy skin. Sure it’s common canine behavior. But, when is an itch more than just an itch? Get ready to meet Dr. Bernadine Cruz, renowned veterinarian for over 20 years. You may recognize her from her numerous TV appearances or from her pet radio show in Los Angeles. Dr. Cruz: Thank you, for having me.
